About us

In our on-line shop "Urbanowicz Haft" you can buy liturgical products of any type, such as: altar clothes, chalice linen, embroidered appliqués, stoles, chasubles, chasuble stripes, chalice veils, linen, etc.

Forms of payment

Fulfilment of orders

If the products ordered are available in our inventory, they are sent within 2 days from a confirmation of payment on the bank account. If the products are made according to individual requirement (e.g. altar clothes), they are sent not later than within 2 weeks from a confirmation of payment on the bank account.

In practice all orders are fulfilled within 2 weeks from the date of payment.

Costs of delivery

Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office), POCZTEX packages, costs depend on the weight of a package and the country of destination.

A delivery abroad is possible after a payment to our bank account is made, against a PRO-FORMA invoice issued for the value of products including costs of delivery.

Products are sent through Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office), POCZTEX packages.

Orders placing

You may place an order directly in our on-line shop. In order to do this, you have to choose a product and click „add to the basket” (then the product is added to the basket) or „buy now” (the product is added to the basket and you are transferred to the basket screen as well). If it is the first time you do shopping in our shop, you will have to fill in the application form very thoroughly. You will be asked to give your address and phone number that are necessary for an order to be fulfilled and an invoice/receipt to be issued. Here you can also choose your password and login that will help you to make further purchases. Thus, if you are not logged in, you will be asked to do it. You can log into the shop be means of your password and login. Then you will be led, step by step, quickly and smoothly through the procedure of placing orders. In our shop you can place orders also in the following way:

When you place order in one of the above ways, you should specify:

• code, name and exact number of ordered products (and exact size in case of altar cloths)
• detailed address for delivery, phone number or e-mail and data necessary to issue a respective commercial document (in case of a VAT invoice).

When you register in our shop and log to make an order, depending on the total value of all your orders so far and if the value of your order is higher than:

• in case of each altar cloth ordered – a doily for FREE

Order confirmation

An order will be fulfilled only after it is confirmed. When we receive your order, we will request you by e-mail to confirm it. We will inform you by e-mail after your package has been dispatched.

Returns

In compliance with the provisions of the Law on protection of some consumer rights .... (Journal of Laws of 2 March 2000, no 22, item 271), customers are entitled to withdraw from a sales agreement within 10 days from the date of a receipt of a package. The right to withdraw is applicable only in case of goods that have not been used and are still in their original and intact packaging. We should be notified about each return and its reasons in detail in writing at e-mail address: order@urbanowiczhaft.pl or by an ordinary letter.

Personal data protection

The PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS of "Urbanowicz Haft" on-line shop are used only with the purpose of a fulfilment of orders and it will not be made available to anybody but the employees dealing with the orders. We ensure safety of the information that is provided to us since it is a condition of executing an agreement on delivery of goods. No third parties have a possibility to see your personal data. Every customer is entitled to see his/her personal data and correct them or demand that they are deleted.
